SYDNEY TO BRISBANE "OUTBACK" SELF-DRIVE (By car or camper van)
Day 1	Arrive Sydney Hotel:
Day 2 to Day 5	In Sydney. Sydney is Australia's largest and most to exciting city. It is superbly located on one of the world's finest natural harbours. Enjoy a harbour cruise past the famour Harbour Bridge end the dramatic Sydney Opera House. Visit Dixon Street, Sydney's Chinatown, and explore some of the magnificent beaches, perhaps Bondi or Manly.
	Take delivery of a self-drive car or camper van and drive westard to Katoomba and the Blue Mountains. Visit Echo Point and take the Cliff Drive to the Scenic Skyway and Scenic Railway. Continue to Bathurst for overnight. Hotel:
Day 6	Depart for Dubbo, travelling via Orange with Mt. Canobolas extinct volcano, and the flora and fauna reserve. In Dubbo visit the Dubbo Jail and the Western plains Zoo, Australia's greatest open range wildlige park where animals from six continents roam in near-natural conditions. Viewing is from elevated roadways. Overnight in Dubbo. Hotel:
Day 7	Travel via Gilgandra and Coonabarabran to the Warrumbungle National Park noted for its rugged volcanic remnants jutting abruptly from the plains. Overnight at Warrumbungle National Park. Hotel:
Day 8	Continue via Pilliga, Come-by-Chance and Walgett with its sizable aboriginal population, to Lightening Ridge, home of the black opal. A fossickers paradise, this fascinating outback settlement has hot artesian bore baths, underground showrooms, art galleries, museums and pottery works. Hotel:
Day 9	After a days exploration in Lightening Ridge, continue to Moree for overnight. Hotel
Day 10	Continue via Inverell to Glen Innes and Grafton. View the convict carved road-tunnel between Glen Innes and Grafton for a vivid reminder of the harsh days of early settlement. Arrive at Surfer's Paradise, on Queensland's fabulous Gold Coast, for overnight. Hotel:
Day 11 and Day 12	On the Gold Coast
Day 13	Drive to Brisbane and surrender self-drive car or camper van. Depart Brisbane.
