This is an Itinerary which we were asked to
prepare for some clients, but it looks so good that we have decide to add it to
our website as an indication of the kind of holidays that are possible.
The country now benefits from many Game Reserves, the locals have been taught the value of what they hold in trust for the rest of us – a thoroughly unique ecosystem. They are being taught how to value this and that it can pay for itself through Tourism. The days of the poachers and hunters are nearly over. A few last open spaces are still plagued by this trade, but most areas are now resolved to protecting the reserves from overexploitation. Each visitor has to pay a fee for the upkeep of the Reserves, this being included in the prices quoted,
Day 1 Depart Hong
Kong on Cathay Pacific flight CX1749, leaving
Day 2 Arrive Johannesburg at
0700 Clear customs and Immigration, then met by the Ground Operator then
transfer to Sun City, approx. 30 minutes drive. To the Palace of the Lost City,
This hotel is on bed and breakfast basis.
Day 3 - 5 At leisure in the Palace of the Lost City
Day 6 After breakfast (1100) transfer by private vehicle to the Waterburg and Entabeni Kingfisher Lodge, 300 Km drive. Lunch will be taken on the way at your choice of restaurant and at own expense. Check in to Entabeni Kingfisher Lodge on arrival, full board basis. The afternoon will be at leisure for you to freshen up after the journey. High tea will be served before you depart on your first game drive in an open Safari vehicle. Return to lodge for dinner.
Day 7 and 8 Early morning game drive in open topped vehicle, return to Lodge for breakfast, Day at leisure in the Game Lodge, High tea, followed by game drive in open topped vehicle, return to Lodge for dinner.
Day 9 0630 Depart
the Entabeni Lodge for Johannesburg
Airport, a breakfast box will be provided for you to consume on the journey. At
Johannesburg join flight CE210 departing at 1100, arriving Livingstone Airport
(Zambia) at 1240
Met at the airport and taken to Chobe Game Lodge (Botswana) to check in, on full board basis. Remainder of day at leisure, to use the facilities of the lodge.

Day 10 and 11 At leisure in the Chobe

Day 12 Breakfast at the Lodge, then transfer to Livingstone for your guided tour of Victoria Falls, after which board your CE4201flight departing Livingstone Airport at 1320, arrive Johannesburg 1500. Met on arrival and taken to the Palazzo Intercontinental. Check in and rest of day at leisure.
Day 13 Breakfast at the hotel, after which transfer to Johannesburg Airport for Cathay Pacific flight CX748 to Hong Kong. Leaving at 1250,
Day 14 Arrive Hong Kong at 0800
